One of the key components in successful weight loss is proper nutrition. Knowing not only how much to eat, but what and when are vital elements to your success. Hot Mama prides itself on accessible fitness—and now we’re here to help with the other side of the weight loss coin: nutrition.

Hot Mama Body Smarts will jumpstart your weight loss by helping you choose foods that work for you, not against you. This program is not only for weight loss but to gain knowledge, energy and confidence in knowing what you are putting in your body. Make sure your nutrition is working with you, not against you to ensure results with your fitness regime. Join Body Smarts today to learn new habits and establish a customized plan for your unique journey. At the end of the 12 week program, you will be empowered with the tools to understand what to eat, when to eat it, and why.

Body Smarts is not a diet. It is not a fad. It is a lifestyle. It is designed to give you the tools you need to achieve healthy living and proper habits. Our weekly “status sessions” set you up for the following week with a new set of rules to follow and content to learn.

 

Body Smarts – PLAN A

Each week you’ll learn the “Nutrition & Fitness Rules” for the week. We’ll discuss progress, setbacks, challenges and successes. Measurements will be taken on specific weeks. By the end of this program you’ll have a foundation of education to help you eat nutritiously and workout correctly for life. Following our Status Session, you’ll be joining us for a 30 min workout. The best of both worlds, really. Nutrition information THEN an amazing workout with awesome Mamas. Cost: $429/12 weeks. We highly recommend this option!

Body Smarts – PLAN B

Plan A plus a 12 week registration for ONE additional Hot Mama fitness class of your choice per week= 2 fitness classes per week for 12 weeks!.Cost: $589/12 weeks. Only $12 per fitness class!

 

Body Smarts – PLAN C

Plan A, plus a 12 week registration for an additional TWO Hot Mama classes of your choice per week for 12 weeks!.Cost: $709/12 weeks. $11 per fitness class!

Unable to attend our Body Smarts program in person? No problem. We can video call you in each week for our weekly Status Sessions! YAY technology! You’ll still receive all the information and all the online support you desire.
